History

1993 – ExMise Public Relations founded

1995 – We became one of the founding members of the Association of PR Agencies (APRA)

1998 – We became Hauska & Partner’s exclusive representative for the Czech Republic. Based in Vienna, this group of PR agencies has branches and contractual partners on a majority of markets in Central and Eastern Europe; for the next 6 years, we also represented the global PR agency, Fleishman-Hillard, through Hauska & Partner in the Czech Republic

2001 – Acquisition of PR Consulting – a domestic PR agency specialising in ITC clients

2002 – Acquisition by Hauska & Partner of ExMise Public Relations (acquiring a 50% interest)

2005 – The agency was renamed Hauska & Partner (Czech Republic) and a process of full integration into the international group started

2005 – Partner Petr Stoklasa arrives from his position as the head of Weber Shandwick’s Prague office

2009 – Departure from Hauska & Partner, takeover of its interest by the local partners (Václav Pavelka and Petr Stoklasa), and re-branding to Native PR
