Minimising the impact of crises on the company’s reputation
Every company with an ambition to grow, conquer markets, and seek new approaches, sometimes becomes the target of criticism, either justified or motivated by competition. These situations always have an adverse impact on the company’s reputation and the magnitude of the impact depends mainly on how the general public understands the developments.
